Dragons and Kung Fu

The annual Chinese New Year Parade in San Francisco is the biggest one outside of Asia and it was happening very close to where I live. Went down and caught a bit of the action. Had been raining all day long and it stopped just for the parade. I was impressed by the super long dragon - biggest dragon i've ever seen.. over 30 people long.

Official Christmas tree lighting in Union Square SF

Was at home watching the news and they were showing live coverage of the giant Christmas tree lighting ceremony 3 blocks from my place. Was able to get there just in time to catch the first official sf Xmas lights !

Obama downton sf street closure and protesters as usual..

Walking back home from work and streets closed koz Obama is in sf and hundreds protesting against everything as is sf tradition .
