African lunch - Thiebu Djen (Jolof Rice)

Thiebu Djen is the national dish of Senegal. It is fish stewed in rich tomato sauce with eggplant, carrots, cassava an white cabbage, served over exotice rice. Went to Harlem today for lunch and had that. Pretty good homey soul food !
