$78 to fill up my car yesterday..
I had not been driving for a while, mostly walking, biking or taking the bus, hence had not had to fill up my car with gas for a few weeks now. Yesterday, I took the car out and it was due for a gas fill up. Did a full tank and it cost me $78 !!! I was shocked, given that my tank is not really that big. I remember last time I did it, it was around $50 something. Maybe its time to sell the car and use the gas money on better things. It's so great to work only a couple of miles from where I stay and be able to walk/bike/bus to work. I can feel the pain for those living in the suburbs where housing is cheaper and having to car-commute to SF or South bay for work... poor them.
